The benefits of bar style Workouts

The benefits of bar style Workouts

I train for over 20 years and have tried just about every style of exercise on the market.

I made heavy weight programs, training camps style madness , step, circuit training, HIIT training, stationary bike, etc. etc. etc. and then I fell on bar! And let me tell you, I was skeptical that it would produce results given the intense training style I used, but low and behold he did! I have never been thin, I've never had thinner members, I have never had less body fat now-and this is certainly due to a combination of workouts with cardio bar.My first experience bar has been training fitness Fusion dream body meeting.

I was totally surprised by it. I could not believe that the training was done barefoot with minimal equipment and almost no heart could be so difficult! In fact, I could not even do the first time through. I had to change many of the exercises and I was in excruciating pain for most of the workout! I really jumped into the deep end as I discovered later that dream body is one of the toughest training programs on the planet! I was determined not to be controlled by this workout if I went to do it every two days until my muscles began to get stronger and I was able to go all the way through without crumbling.

I was flabbergasted and I wanted more! So I started searching online for the best bar workouts DVD style (I like to work in the comfort of my own home) and I quickly built a collection of 25 or more to start spending screened. I found some great workouts and some not so great, but overall I liked the results I began to see.

So what exactly is bar you may ask? It is a workout ballet style that uses all your muscle groups that are tiny almost never touched the traditional strength training.

When you look at a physical ballerina you can clearly see the definition in all these tiny muscles- and the best thing is that they rarely lift weights! Your weight is enough weight itself and if you start to use it wisely,  you will begin to lie down and look at your muscles like never before.

The great thing about bar is that it's not complicated. It really is accessible to everyone- the experience of dance or not.

Movements are tiny and controlled and many workouts bar I tried did not have cardio in them at all. The word actually refers to bar the ballet bar that is used for many of those years, but you do not even need one of those- just use a chair or counter to hold strong. One of the reasons why bar is so effective is because it uses a lot of iso- tension exercises. For example, if you perform a leg lift you lift your leg as high as you can go and then you start pulse from there.

There is not much range of motion, you are literally moving an inch at a time, but the burn is incredible!A typical workout bar has different segments - arms, thighs, seat and abs floorwork.

You typically start with a warm light oscillations of the leg and foot graceful. Arm work using very light weights- 1-3 lbs. You would not think that these lightweights would do anything , but he is making the most of every move and do a lot of reps to really fatigue the muscle.

You will do a number of exercises for each muscle group before moving, this way you really burn every muscle and get maximum results. Most workouts bar I have tried a combination of arm work up as well as push-ups and triceps dips on the floor.

Working at the bar is lower body - you can reach your thighs and glutes hard ! Sometimes, additional equipment، such as a loop of a resistance or playground ball is used to further increase the intensity. There is a lot of work where you are on your toes ensuring peak variation of squats and lunges until your thighs quiver. The shape is one of the most important factors of a workout bar.

You will get the most out of each move, if you use the right technique. That is why it is important to choose your instructors bar wisely.

There are those who used to be professional dancers who really know their stuff, while others do not give you enough pointers.

The difference between the feeling of an exercise and not feel it is the correct positioning of your body. If you do not feel you, then you are only cheating yourself! Because everyone is different angles of your arms and legs may vary slightly from the instructor, but it is quite OK.So who are my favorite bar driving style DVD? I love series of ballet Leah Sarago . It has 4 DVD and 130 + downloadable workouts on his website. His workouts are truly unique with a lot of exercises that you will not find anywhere else. She has a professional dance training and it really shows in impeccable shape and an excellent technique.

His workouts are very advanced, but it gives changes easier if most fitness levels could try these workouts. Some other ones are workouts Squeeze Tracey Effinger, Xtend Barre, Ballet Physique Signature Sculpt, Pop Physique Hardcore, Tracy Mallet Booty Barre and Suzanne Bowen Tighten, Tone and flame. But my heart strokes and most difficult of all are certainly Fusion workout fitness body shape dream sessions.

There are 11 sessions in total body series of dream and they are all equally amazing. They have a lot more cardio in them than any other drive bar I've ever met.

The good thing about this is that you do not need to do extra cardio for fat burning. But beware, they are super hard.

In fact, I would say this is probably one of the toughest training sessions on DVD. Many people scoff at this comment, but I dare to try these workouts . I almost each program fitness extreme home on the market, including insanity, asylum, P90X, Cathe STS , Chalean Xtreme Tapout XT Turbo Fire, Peak 10 etc etc etc and take the cake as the more difficult and putting the best results by far. But do not take my word for it - try it for yourself.

You will not regret it.So in conclusion, if you want to break some plates of weight loss, if you want to shape lean, long and shed unwanted inches muscles- then workouts bar may just be the right thing for you. Why not try- the more you lose is the cost of a DVD and the more you can earn is a new style of workout that will give you the body of your dreams!
