Fat Loss In The New Year


The reason you start is important, but other reasons are sure to arise along the way. Aspiration or goal like losing 50 pounds . in eighteen months is sure to help you get started, but I strongly advise to break this goal and focus on achieving the objectives tiny appearance. Let me give you an example. 

I had a look for my help on the third day of January 2013 client. Call her Cynthia.

- Cynthia did not care for the year, but eventually tired of the way she looked and was ready for a change.

- She does not even like "shine" ( sweat) as she called it.


- I asked him what his goals were as I do with everyone and she told me she wanted to" get in better shape ."This was simply not going to cut it.


- After asking a few follow-up questions, we could clarify exactly what she wanted to accomplish and what "get in better shape" actually meant.


You see, it is very difficult to stay accountable to your goals if they are not specific and based on a calendar. Back to Cynthia . We thought she wanted to lose 40 pounds and eight percent body fat by January 2014. I also broke this goal into smaller monthly goals. All she had to do to achieve its main objective was to lose £ 3.33.  


A month! His answer: that should be no problem at all! She was even more excited when we have broken that to lose a pound a week.

I am extremely proud to say that Cynthia decided to train with me and this 23rd day of December, 2013 , she lost 32 pounds. I could not be more proud and she surprised everyone , including herself.

My goal in writing this article is to try to dissuade you entertain skeptical that minimize the resolution to exercise regularly. If you find the urge to enjoy the positive energy of the season of the resolution, then do it ! Ride this wave as far as where it takes you. When it comes time to take another wave (reason or purpose), you 'll be ready to keep surfing. 


 I have a professional obligation to say you need to find someone to help you break your goals and hatched a plan. Is it better that you find a coach? Yes, it is, but it does not have to be. 

It might as well be someone with experience considerable exercise has a positive influence on you. 

Make the right decision and choose hope and optimism over cynicism , no matter how many times you have tried and failed! Once you dedicate this fitness thing is too easy.
