(2) Eat more calories before 2:00 in the afternoon 

Eat breakfast, lunch and using a small dinner. This is also called the "Plan upside down" by some people and it really works. 

Why? Because most of the foods you eat before 2:00 in the afternoon is burned by your body during your daily tasks.But at night, your metabolism naturally slows down so it does not need more calories. And guess where the extra food will then ? Right - straight to your hips !But with most of your calories before 14:00 (with the majority at breakfast), you will not stock many of these calories as fat.A bonus of this strategy? What this means is basically eating more protein . Ladies, we 're very wrong with that.Women tend to eat more carbohydrates (low fat, of course) as proteins. We 're just not big eaters protein .But protein helps fuel your metabolism and actually burns more calories just in the process of digestion only carbohydrates or fats do.In addition, it keeps you fuller for longer - so you are not as tempted to eat or binge on junk food!
