Evolution vs. Revolution

Evolution Vs Revolution

Weight loss does not happen overnight, but the decision to change happens in an instant. It's really no different than any other decision to change. This is more than thinking about it, but this is where it usually begins. This is a decision to commit. Sometimes the decision to change begins as nothing more than a fleeting thought in the back of your mind. Some thoughts disappear as quickly as they came and others grow in tough desires.
Once the bulb lights up and you decide, I mean really commit myself to change something in your life, it is a revolution. It may even feel like an epiphany. This is the time of a-ha . Maybe you are tired of your current situation or just want something different for you completely. Anyway, having a revolution, want change badly enough to commit to complete the measures it intends to take to make this change a reality.

The revolution is the kickoff to evolution.

Again, the change does not happen overnight. Now the work comes in. To really change anything , especially your weight, you need to commit to a change in lifestyle. Temporary solutions offer temporary results. Why bother ? We speak, permanent healthy change . And this is certainly an evolution. You know that your body will not magically transform overnight . Do not expect your habits and thoughts, either. And these two elements are necessary to create lasting change.

First look at your habits. So many people set New Year's resolutions to lose weight. It has become very cliché. Now that spring is here ... how do you make this resolution? It is very difficult to wake up one morning and do everything else you 've done in the months and previous years. A healthy lifestyle includes eating the right foods in the right amounts and exercise, all on a regular basis. It takes a lot of time and energy to make these changes. Some people succeed in a short-term basis. They can do enough good things for a week or two and maybe even see results. However, most of the time these efforts and old habits creep back, either on comfort , habit, social or other pressure.
By changing your habits slowly, you give yourself the opportunity to build a healthy lifestyle permanently.

Small changes made or a few at a time allow you to incorporate into your daily routine and get used to them before making further changes. It is not as disruptive or time to learn a few things at once instead of having to work to learn all new recipes, habits, etc. at a time.
Now, look at your thoughts. Your thoughts play a big role in weight loss. What kind of mood are you all regarding the changes you made ? Think about what you give versus what you take away from you. Try to frame your thoughts in a positive perspective on a negative outlook.

For example, how about yourself and others, if one of your changes was not to eat sweets like donuts for breakfast ? If someone brings a box of hot fresh donuts in the office to help everyone beat the " Blue Monday " and you know you have to politely refuse, how you word to tell you: "No thank you , j have already eaten this morning. "Or do you say" I wish I could , but I 'm on this stupid diet and I do not have the right . "One of these responses indicates that you have given yourself a nutritious breakfast at home or on the way to work this morning. The other indicates that you feel like you are depriving yourself of something you want.

Whatever you think will drive your actions.

If you think being healthy and eating the right foods, you want things. If you allow yourself to be consumed by thoughts of food that are harmful to your health, you want and finally consumption.

If you are overweight and want to become slimmer and healthier, then you need to make changes in your lifestyle. The same actions that you got where you are today, you will not get where you want to go. Creating a healthy lifestyle is a journey. The change does not happen overnight but the decision box. If you have made this decision and are committed to him, congratulations. You had a revolution. Awesome! Now you are ready to start your evolution. Ask yourself, " What small changes am I willing to commit to this week? Months? Year? " Make a promise to yourself and keep it.
