3 Healthy Ways To Lose Weight Without Dieting!


Many people, whether they are rich or poor do not see the connection between their behavior and their health. They may consider enjoying good health as something more they have little or no control. But it is actually a fairly fatalistic view things. The reality is that you can take control of your health, there are actually healthy ways to lose weight without extreme dieting.

In fact, it does not matter how your financial situation is right now, you just have to take small steps basis and the results will come. I can say this from my own personal experience of losing over 50 pounds. While making small changes in base that everyone can do to your eating habits, you actually lose weight.

Author Michael Pollan shows briefly a time tested health tips:

"Eat food . Not too much. Especially plants."

1) Fresh foods vs. processed foods:



One of the healthiest ways to lose weight is to choose your food carefully . Since they began to tinker with food there are more than 50 years , most of the food we consume does not currently have the necessary nutrients we need, instead they contain levels high sugar, salt, fat and other substances that cause addiction, we want more of these types of foods.

2) Eat less:


The World Health Organization reported an increase in the dangerous world of overweight. What I used to do (and still do) to keep me from eating too much is to drink a glass or two of water before every time I eat or before each meal. Another thing that really helps is to eat more slowly, consciously, and because it takes 20 minutes for your brain to register that you are satisfied, it is a way of God to keep you from overeating.

3) Eat more plants:



Try adding more vegetables . This is how I eat:

First: the first protein and vegetables
Second: Carbohydrates

If you do it this way, your body will process the better you eat.

A final word of caution :
In an attempt to lose weight, many people are popular diets. But please, a word of warning, many of these plans have temporary effects on your body, and the ripple effect is terrible. I know whereof I speak, I fell pray to the yo- yo diet cycle for years to gain all my weight back, and more.

It was only when I learned to eat properly, I started to lose weight. My dear friend, there is, in fact, real and healthy ways to lose weight, it is easier than you think.
