lose 10lbs in one week, you will need to know exactly how many calories
you need to stick to. However, the formula should not calculate
calories alone, you should also incorporate exercise and the caloric
burn within your calorie intake. Please review the information below

1 pound is 3,500 calories. You have 7 or 12 days to lose ten.
3,500 x 10 = 35,000 calories to be lost
35,000 / 7 = 5,000 lost per day
5,000 - 2,000 cal per day = 3,000 calories per day to cut out.
**Please note** Exercising is a great way to reduce the amount of calories that stay within your system.
This
may seem like an impossible task, however, sticking to a strict diet,
with exercise, your goal is definitely achievable. Also, you will need
to factor in water loss, which will prove to be a large amount of weight
loss in the beginning and will taper off. However, sticking to your
diet with great consistency, not only will you lose 10lbs in 12 days,
you will find sooner than later that many pounds have disappeared as
time goes on. Don't get discouraged if you see a fluctuation of about
2lbs per day, this is normal as you have to factor in variables such as
sodium intake.
Don't focus so much on the scale, weigh yourself at

your journal to someone that you know will help to keep you accountable.
Above all, be honest in your entries, after all, the person you are
affecting is YOU!
