What you read is what most fitness gurus are afraid to tell you. This is because they can lose a lot of money if they will tell the truth. For some reason many of these fitness gurus do not really know what they do. They feed people with a load of crap that does not seem to work at all. Most of them will sell tons and tons of training material weight loss and even cheaper than air so ridiculous workout equipment. I've had my share of mishaps by buying in what they say and if you continue to listen to them , you end up losing a lot of money.
So, let's get serious . Here are some mistakes that most fitness gurus tell you.
1. Running on a treadmill can help you lose weight
Yes, it can help you lose weight, but the whole process will be very slow. Prolonged operation or cardiovascular exercise can help you lose weight but it is a very minimal level. The science behind this is that, as you continue to do so, your body begins to adapt which means you end up sweating slower you keep going. While this may help you improve your breathing, but lose overall weight through the race will not do you much good . Aside from that , this kind of exercise eat a lot of your muscle fiber. If you take a look at marathon runners , you'll find that their muscles lack tone.
2. You have to stop eating your favorite foods
Inhibit you eat ice cream or chocolate cake will not help you lose weight. A good diet program is something that allows you to eat the foods you love to eat but to a lesser amount. If you stop eating your favorite food type, it will only lead to more cravings later and when it comes to where you can not take more, you will eventually succumb and eat a lot. A good diet program should allow you to eat foods you really like, otherwise it will lead to depression and may also lead to emotional eating later.
3. Supplements for weight loss are people who are desperate
Usually, people who sell you loads of material loss and weight training would often tell you not to use weight loss supplements because they believe that it is only people who are desperate. This is not true!
The weight loss supplements are actually there to help you lose weight faster. Let's say you pay someone to train you in session. Now the number of sessions you have with him will depend on the success of your weight loss journey. If you use weight loss supplements, the tendency is that you get weight loss success in a short period of time. What does this mean for the person you pay per session ? Of course, there will be less money to ask you. Plain and simple is not it?
There are tons of shit than many fitness experts tell you to earn more profit. Technically, just look to expand and do some research in order to lose weight in just a short period of time with less money in your pocket.
